While salon treatments are typically limited to a few sessions due to high costs, our device allows for unlimited treatments at your convenience. The MINI HIFU is designed to be safe and effective for regular home use, providing gradual, consistent results without the expense of salon visits.

Our MINI HIFU devices are currently available in Silver-Grey and Champagne finishes, designed to complement your home decor and personal style.

The MINI HIFU offers a certain level of water resistance similar to IPX5, meaning it can withstand light splashes during cleaning. However, it is not waterproof and should not be submerged in water or used in wet environments.

The MINI HIFU is designed to treat multiple facial areas including the forehead, eyebrows, cheeks, jawline, chin, and neck. With different treatment heads, you can target specific concerns in each area for optimal results.

Unlike expensive salon treatments with limited sessions, you can use your MINI HIFU device as needed. For optimal results, we recommend starting with 2-3 treatments per week for the first month, then reducing to maintenance treatments 1-2 times per week. The device has no usage limits, allowing you to maintain your results consistently over time.

Many users report seeing initial improvements after the first few sessions. However, optimal results typically develop over 2-3 months as collagen production increases. With consistent use, you'll continue to see improvements in skin firmness, texture, and contouring.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

The MINI HIFU device operates for approximately 3-4 hours on a single charge, which is sufficient for multiple treatment sessions. A full charge takes about 2-3 hours.

Clean your device after each use with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove any residual gel. Ensure the device is turned off during cleaning. For the treatment heads, use the cleaning tools provided with your purchase. Never submerge the device in water or use alcohol-based cleaners.

First, ensure the device is fully charged. Check that the treatment head is properly attached. Refer to the User Manual's Troubleshooting section for common issues. If problems persist, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

When not in use, store your MINI HIFU device in the protective case provided. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the device is clean and dry before storage.

With proper care and maintenance, your MINI HIFU device is designed to last 3-5 years of regular use. The unlimited usage feature means you can use it as often as needed without concerns about session limits or additional costs.

Usage & Results

Cleanse your skin thoroughly and ensure it's completely dry. Remove any makeup, skincare products, or oils. For optimal results, apply the MINI HIFU Conductive Gel evenly to the treatment area. This enhances ultrasound transmission and improves treatment effectiveness.

Most users describe the sensation as a mild warming or tingling feeling. The device has multiple intensity levels, allowing you to adjust the treatment to your comfort level. Some temporary redness or slight sensitivity is normal and typically subsides within a few hours.

After treatment, gently remove any remaining conductive gel with a clean, damp cloth. Apply a soothing, hydrating moisturizer. Avoid direct sun exposure for 24 hours and use SPF protection. Avoid extremely hot showers or saunas for 24 hours post-treatment.

A full facial treatment typically takes 15-20 minutes. Treating specific areas like the jawline or under-eye region may take only 5-10 minutes. The device's efficiency allows you to incorporate treatments into your regular skincare routine without significant time commitment.

Yes, MINI HIFU works well with most skincare routines. However, avoid using retinol, AHAs, or other active ingredients immediately before or after treatment. Wait at least 24 hours before applying these products. The device's unlimited usage feature allows you to create a comprehensive skincare regimen that includes regular HIFU treatments.

Order & Payment

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and may take 7-21 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies. International shipping costs vary by destination.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number and the new shipping address.

Refund & Return

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team through our website or app. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

For returns within the 30-day trial period, we cover the return shipping costs. For returns outside of this period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Trial & Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our MINI HIFU devices. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, or product quality not caused by user damage. The warranty begins on the date the device is delivered.

The 30-day trial period, or right-to-return period, starts on the day the product is delivered. This gives you ample time to experience the benefits of unlimited home HIFU treatments before making your final decision.

While we do not offer replacement devices due to theft or loss, contact Customer Support in these instances for special consideration.

If your MINI HIFU device is found to be faulty during the warranty period, first refer to the User Manual for Troubleshooting suggestions. If troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, contact Customer Service. We will provide instructions for sending the device for repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device. The unlimited usage feature is designed for normal home use; damage from excessive or improper use is not covered.
